     ·  Ca de obicei, a fost excelent! Este e 5-a oara cand revenim si ne simtim foarte bine! Cazare super, mic dejun yammy, staff super dragut!
     ·  Serviciul de transport cotra cost oferit pt a ajunge de la si catre Rasova ni s-a parut foarte scump! Data viitoare luam taxiul, care initial ni se parea scump, dar dupa experienta cu Vito, e parfum; concret, un cost de 70 lei/persoana dus intors, desi am fost 6 persoane/transport, ni se pare absurd!

     ·  Overall hotel is excellent…modern comfortable rooms, kept clean everywhere, hotel reception staff efficient and helpful (good English spoken). Most facilities in rooms in good working order, room was well attended during our stay, good facilities in rooms (excellent shower, safe, large TV and very. Comfortable beds and pillows etc. Rooms very spacious. We ate & drank in restaurant a number of times; quality of food/drinks very good - excellent quality and overall.
     ·  Few issues in rooms; aircon in one of three rooms we booked (305) was not working well, remote control on/off not working in room 301, but minor issues really (not reported to staff during our stay) Main negative (& really a new issue for the hotel since previous stays) is the poor service/waiting staff in restaurant. Apart from one member of staff (sorry I don’t have a name) the waiting staff were slow and of poor quality…we often had to ask to order and when staff did attend the table it was usually after a long wait…sometimes had to ask for cutlery, remind about forgotten drinks…and most staff not very helpful/friendly…most staff spending a lot of time smoking at a table in full view customers which is not a good look!. .the restaurant really needs someone to train, organise & manage the staff..it is really letting Imperio down and is a marked change to the brisk, professional and attentive service we have received on previous visits. One other point, the fact that food only served (other than pizza) till 8pm is understandable, but it needs properly communicating to guests: we used restaurant everyday and so could easily have been informed of this on Sunday or a clear notification given elsewhere to guests (staff told us there was a sign but it had blown away?).
