    Ausgezeichnet

     ·  Totul este la superlativ (cazare, restaurant, personal).
     ·  Doar pentru conducere: Ultima dată am vrut să rezerv camera pe site-ul dumneavoastră. Tariful afișat acolo 450 lei (nicăieri nu scrie că e cu mic dejun inclus - cel puțin așa cred, deoarece la recepție tariful unei camere era 350 lei). Astfel că am făcut rezervarea pe booking.

     ·  Breakfast if served as a buffet, flexibility with the bill, tasty meals, good coffee in the room
     ·  Long waiting time for warm water in shower, restaurant staff could be more enthusiastic, especially in the morning, explaining how it works (tea and juice is not straightforward)

     ·  Camera a fost curată și bine utilată. Spațioasă și confortabilă. Iubim acest hotel și vederea către pod, fiind deja a treia oară când ajungem la dvs. Am găsit loc de parcare pe trotuarul de lângă sala de gimnastică.
     ·  La intrare domnul care dădea cu mopul m-a întrebat de la ușă unde merg. Intram pe ușa unui hotel, unde puteam să merg ? Nu s-au prezentat și nu purta nici legitimație. La recepție, ați încercat să îmi dați o cameră tween, deși eu plătisem una matrimonială dublă. A trebuit să insist și să vă arăt rezervarea Booking pentru a avea câștig de cauză. În restaurant, pătrundea fum de țigară de pe terasă. Ne-am întors în cameră mirosindu-ne părul și hainele a fum de țigară, inclusiv bebelușului nostru de patru luni. Ar trebui instalată o ușă între ele. Pentru această ultimă problemă, voi sesiza ANPC, cu scopul motivării conducerii hotelului.

     ·  The kindness of the receptionist who sent me off and call me a taxi when leaving.
     ·  The indifference of the receptionist who welcomed me ( but not welcomed in real sense) when coming. The superficiality of all of cacamaca.

     ·  The hotel has a gym and sauna, and offers a good massage in addition. It has a nice restaurant.
     ·  When I checked in, there was very limited information provided about the hotel facilities, especially regarding the sauna, which needed to be booked in advance. Later, when I used the sauna, the staff complained, even though I wasn’t informed about any reservation requirement. This created an uncomfortable experience. Clear communication at check-in would have avoided this situation, and the waiters in the hotel's restaurant would not have taken care of the order.

You are absolutely right—use of the sauna does require an advance notice of about one hour, so we can properly prepare and heat it in advance. Unfortunately, this was not clearly communicated to you at check-in, and for that we sincerely apologize. At the time of your arrival, the evening shift included a new team member, and although this is not an excuse, it unfortunately led to incomplete information being provided. We take full responsibility for this and have already addressed the importance of clear and consistent communication with our team. We also regret that the interaction with the staff during your sauna visit and in the restaurant did not meet your expectations. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to offer, and your feedback helps us improve. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.      ·  Zimmergröße und Ausstattung
     ·  Unsere Erwartungen waren hoch, da wir in der Vergangenheit öfters ihr Hotel besucht haben und nie enttäuscht wurden. Auf großer Erwartungshaltung kommt wie leider zu oft im Leben der Fall. Die Mitarbeiterin hat versucht, mich zu zwingen, die Bewertung zu löschen. Das ist sehr ungewöhnlich und hat das Gesamterlebnis leider gemindert. Auch hat die Freundlichkeit daraufhin nachgelassen. Die Qualität des Restaurants und des Frühstücks war vor einem Jahr besser und ist nun bestenfalls okay. Aufgrund des Erlebnis mit den Mitarbeitern am der Rezeption haben wir uns entschlossen, als Firma (!) dieses Hotel in Zukunft zu meiden. Konstanza bietet eine gute Alternative für unsere Kundenbesuche in Medgedia.

     ·  Hotel is good, Christina is amazing, Julia too and also the staff in the restaurant and the housekeeping ladies. Quick and easy landry service.
     ·  I don't like the layout where you can see the bed once you open the door. Room is super big and another layout would be easily possible. Too much bird shit on the balcony. Bad smell sometimes coming from the bathroom. The quality of the restaurant and specially of the breakfast was better in the past. This time I canceled the breakfast. It't time to upgrade the gym and the sauna. A lot of machines in the gym are damaged. Also a bit too crowded in the afternoon, due to local guys. Checkin was a bit chaotically.
